I just had that in my real estate class too, but many things to consider, and laws differ from state to state. usually the first meeting with a lawyer is free if you just discuss if you have enough on your side to win if it would go to court. Good luck.

there is a neighbour that claims access to my property (he goes through it to access the main county snowmobile trail).

John Lennon and JW... (...a credible source)
by Confucious inok.... of course john lennon's would be 70th birthday was yesterday.. so just a discussion - and please - no hate'in... just some discussion.. but i personally know of a very high ranking jw member (think highest you can basically get...) who related this story to me how some jw's talked to john lennon shortly before he wrote "imagine.".
when he told me - he did preface it by saying it was "hearsay..." that he couldn't prove it.. but listening to the song tonight - i could see how it could be possible.. thoughts?.

i was at my last day of the spanish 2-day circuit assembly when they went over the announcements, one of them the economic report.
it did start off good (for them) mentioning last assembly's (district i assume) actual surplus after the operation costs were taken care of.

Mom in hospital, WHAT TO DO?
by Out at Last! init seems that i have quite a dilemma: i just found out that my mother is in the hospital.
she does not speak to me or my sister.
she is told by the people who publishes the books and magazines that she sells (jehovahs witnesses) that she cannot speak to us or eat a meal with us.

My idea too Snoozy, when I confirmed that she was in a hospital, which one, I was going to go up and see her. My sister just confirmed which hospital she was in and talked to her. She was imphatic that she wants no contact with either of her children.

The idea of talking to an elder is sooo repulsive, I'd rather "jab a sharp stick in my eye" to quote Clint Eastwood. I will make up my own mind, doing what I think is right while trying to respect my mothers decision. I still don't know exactly what course of action that will be yet, but I can assure that it will not include talking to any elder. I will not let them control me by their ideas or whims, it is nothing about obeying watchtower rules, it is trying to respect her decision, however ridiculous I feel it is, and do what a son should.
